My name is Jacqueline Etchell, known locally as Jackie, I am a native to Sonoma County with deep roots in the San Francisco Bay Area and a proud third generation real estate professional. Following in the footsteps of my father and grandfather.  I know the cities throughout the Sonoma/Napa Wine Country markets & Districts in San Francisco.

With early career beginnings in the tourism industry, and a brief experience living in San Francisco near the waterfront/North Beach and abroad in Europe, my desire to serve others led me back home where I received my real estate license in 1987. Over the past 37+ years I have listed and sold a variety of properties, residential, land and commercial in both city and country settings. Modest and grand estates, expansive ranches, land, vineyards, boutique wineries etc. all throughout Wine Country Regions in 6 different counties, Sonoma, Napa, Lake, Mendo, Marin & San Francisco.

Alongside my husband Matthew Etchell of 36+ years, we’ve raised our 4 children in Healdsburg. We now have 5+ grandchildren! Both our parents live in Healdsburg and our family still owns Healdsburg Real Estate but we now reside in NE Santa Rosa in Shiloh Estates in the hills

near Mayacama Golf community, where we built 13 years ago!

In addition to my real estate career, my husband and family build spec and custom homes and maintain business ties to the transportation industry. Our son is also a contractor and our daughter is an apprentice architect, with a master’s degree from the FrankLloyd Wright School of Architecture and our two younger sons work for our transportation business, Gilligtrolley.com

For us family, business, and

community have always been intertwined.

I am an alumni and parishioner of St. John’s Catholic School and Church. They are an extension of my family, here in the Healdsburg area for most of my life. I am most fulfilled by helping others, whether that is finding a home or an investment for people in my community or people moving here from the bay area or merely lending a helping hand to people in my community through St.Vincent de Paul, Catholic Charities, Meals on Wheels, Redwood Food Bank, Habitat for Humanity etc....Giving back is important to me and a huge part of W Real Estate, the company I now work for, who has 14 different offices serving many of our local communities from the Sonoma/Mendo Coasts down to San Francisco!

Home is truly where the heart is, and mine is here in a stunning

part of the world in Wine Country! It would be my great pleasure to work with you and assist you with any of your real estate goals you may desire to achieve!

I have many resources to pull from in the building, development and investment industries through my family ties and years of experience

in my career. My father Phil Wright, Broker, also works with me on occasion, when I call upon him, he is 10 years my senior in the business for any extra backup I should need and as a partner in order to meet any of my clients goals on larger projects!

I too welcome first time home buyers!  It is still exciting for me to help first time home buyers achieve that all American dream of owning their own home, so don't be bashful to call upon me. I am happiest when serving my fellow community members, neighbors, parishioners and their families to achieve with all of their real estate needs.
